Meet Sandy Boone
Hey y’all, I’m Sandy.
I believe your behavior makes sense, even the parts you’d probably label a train wreck. Our job is to slow down and actually get curious about what’s underneath and discover what it is that you actually need. Change doesn’t come from forcing or fixing yourself; it comes from understanding yourself, and I trust your brain and body already know how to move toward healing. Growth isn’t something you have to grind for. It unfolds when you have the right kind of support. Working with me feels like having someone in your corner who will be real with you, keep you grounded, and gently call you forward without ever making you feel unsafe. Expect honest conversations, a little well-timed humor perhaps laced with sarcasm, and a space where you can drop the mask and just be human.

Who I Work Best With
The Helpers, Healers & Cycle Breakers
I especially love working with adults who are highly intuitive, curious, and maybe a little spiritually wired. Those who are holding a lot and quietly wondering, “Is this really it?” You’re likely navigating burnout, nervous system overwhelm, or that frustrating sense of being disconnected from yourself even though you’re doing all the “right” things.
The Chronically Stressed
I’m particularly drawn to supporting those dealing with anxiety that doesn’t quite make sense, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, trauma patterns, and the ripple effects of always being the strong one. You’ve likely spent years taking care of others — and now something in you is saying it’s time to come back to yourself.
The Introspective
I work well with people who want more than surface-level coping — you’re looking to actually understand yourself, your patterns, and your body so things can finally shift in a real, sustainable way. You’re not afraid to go deeper, but you might be tired of trying to figure it all out alone.
What I Offer
My Clinical Approach
I draw from Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, and Functional Medicine approaches. My focus is nervous system-based work, trauma-informed approaches, including Internal Family Systems informed strategies. I pay attention to you and adjust based on what actually helps, not what looks good on paper.
My Personal Approach
I believe the relationship with yourself is the work. When you feel safe enough to be honest, understood enough to make sense of yourself, and supported enough to try something different, change naturally follows. You don’t need to be fixed. You need space to understand what’s actually going on and what your system is trying to do for you.
