Meet Savannah Spivey

A smiling woman with blonde hair, wearing a black leather jacket and a beige top, sitting on a tan chair in front of gray tiled wall with a green plant to her right.

Hi, I’m Savannah.

I believe that growth is always possible and that, at our core, we all want to feel connected. Sometimes we don’t have the right words to express what we’re feeling, and that can lead to isolation or arguments. My approach is to act as a neutral guide and provide supportive space where both partners feel heard, understood, and respected

Who I Work Best With

First-Time Parents

Becoming a parent for the first time can bring immense joy, but it can also feel overwhelming and uncertain. I can provide a steady, supportive presence as my clients navigate new responsibilities, shifting identities, and the pressures that often come with caring for a newborn.

Couples

I support couples in building healthier communication patterns, working through conflict, and creating a stronger sense of connection.

Teens & Adolescence (Ages 13+)

This stage of life is full of change and I value helping young people build confidence, self awareness and healthy coping skills.
