Using the Myndlift app and a Muse headband, sensors read your brain activity while you listen to sounds or watch visuals that respond to your state. When your brain moves toward a more balanced pattern, you receive positive feedback. Over time, your brain starts to remember that pattern - and to choose it, more easily, on its own.

HOW AT-HOME NEUROFEEDBACK WORKS

STEP 1: Free Consultation

We start with a free 20-minute call. You share what is going on, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping to feel different. I let you know whether neurofeedback makes sense for where you are right now. No pressure, no pitch.

STEP 2: Your Brain Map

Once you are set up with the Myndlift app and a Muse headband, you complete an initial brain map. This gives us a clear look at how your brain is currently functioning - where it is running hot, where it is running flat, and where there is room for it to shift.

STEP 3: Your Personalized Protocol

You meet with me for a 60-minute review call. We walk through your Mind Map together, talk through what we are seeing, and I build a training protocol based on your specific goals - whether that is calmer sleep, steadier focus, less overwhelm, or more ground under your feet.

STEP 4: Training From Home

You train your brain from wherever you are. Sessions are short - often around 20 minutes - and you do them on your own schedule. I monitor your progress behind the scenes through Myndlift and adjust your protocol as your brain shifts. You are never doing this alone, even when you are doing it alone.

Neurofeedback at Foothold is a monthly subscription - designed to make ongoing brain training accessible, affordable and flexible. You do the short daily or weekly sessions from home and I stay with you behind the scenes - reviewing your data, adjusting your protocol and making sure your brain is actually moving in the direction you want it to.
